Mobile phones and landline phones
During a telephone call, the sound is sent via Bluetooth from the mobile phone to the microphone and from there to the receiver worn by the person with hearing loss. The receiver transmits the sound directly into the hearing aid/implant.
Regarding landline solution we have the accessory TeleLink.
Telelink is connected to a landline telephone and is used together with the Conference Microphone DC20. The sound from the telephone is sent to the receiver worn by the person with hearing loss and from there directly into the hearing aids or cochlear implant.
